Fees and Cancellation
- Barring a crisis, a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling/changing a session is required or the full fee becomes payable as I cannot use this session for another client – thank you for your consideration in this matter.
- Persistent cancellations, no shows, or non-payment may result in termination.
- Where a block of 12 sessions are purchased, these are valid for a period of 3 months and carry a 5% discount.
Sessions
- Sessions are conducted via zoom. Login details are normally the same provided the day/time remain unchanged but you will be notified by text if there is a change to this.
- Students are expected to attend weekly or twice weekly sessions unless negotiated otherwise.
- Sessions are one hour and are usually held on a weekly or twice weekly basis on the same day/time, however I will always try to be flexible where possible and other intervals can be arranged by mutual agreement.
- If you don’t arrive for your session at your allotted time, I will call or text to check whether you are attending and if you arrive late, the time will be deducted from the minutes remaining.
- Wherever possible, we will inform each other if we are likely to be late or unable to attend a session with as much notice as possible and a minimum two weeks’ notice of holidays.
- Any sessions on a Bank Holiday will be postponed until the following week.
